Dal bhat is one of the popular and the basic meal in Nepal which consist of rice and lentils . Lentils is called "Daal" where as Rice is called as "Bhat" in Nepali language.
Daal bhat is Nepali khan set or Nepali meal recipe mainly consist of those two . beside it contain other like general curry and meat curry, pickle and so on. And it is served in "thali" which is special plate made from steel and cupper.
